(3 pieces per person) : $4.50 per person

- Prosciutto
- Boursin (French cream cheese with garlic and fine herbs)
- Paté Forestier
- Ham & cheese
- Smoked salmon

 
Assorted warm bouchées:
(3 pieces per person) : $4.50 per person

- Quiche lorraine
- Quiche florentine
- Croque monsieur
- Croque Saumon
- Mini croissant with ham & cheese
- Mini croissant with brie cheese
 

Assorted mini pastries 
(4 pieces per person): $5.00 per person
- Napoleon
- Tiramisu
- Brownie
- Lemon cake
- Mini fruit tart

Canapés & mini pastries will be on display trays Warm bouchées can be on display trays or displayed in Shafing Dish (warm containers) with an additional cost of $15.00 per Shafing dish

Cost per person (no tax): $14.00 per person
Cost for shafing dish (no tax): $15.00 each
 

Crêpe station 
Minimum of 30 people

MENU ITEMS:

- French crêpes (2 per person)
- Assortment of fresh fruits
  (strawberries, raspberries, bananas, blackberries)
- Chocolate and nutella
- Strawberry and raspberry jam
- Homemade apple compote
- Whipped cream

 

- the French crêpe combinations will be made a la minute for each guest based on their request
- 2 people to prepare the French crêpes

Cost: (Based on one-hour service within the limit of 70 French crêpes)
Buffet $6.50 per person
Labor for the Assistant $20.00 per hour
Additional French Crêpes  $2.50 each

NOTE: The one-hour service starts when the French crêpe station is ready to serve and ends when we stop serving. Same process for the labor time of my assistant..
You will be asked for your approval prior to continue to serve after the one-hour service.
You will be also asked for your approval prior to serve additional French crêpes after the limit of 70 pieces.
